1. Warranty

We offer 12-month Whole Machine Warranty Service & 2 Years Compressor Warranty, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

2. Cancellation

* We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
* We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
(Please note that for shipped out products, the shipping fees will not be refunded.)

3. Returns

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be make sure:
* Order within 30 days.
* The purchased appliance must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and accessories.
* Only the appliance that have been purchased directly from carfridge.alpicool.com.
(Alpicool cannot accept returns of Alpicool fridge branded appliances purchased from other retailers or re-sellers; If you bought the appliance from Amazon or Walmart, please contact its service.)

How To Return An Item?
1) To return the appliance to Alpicool, Email: support@alpicool.com.
2) Requesting an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require an authorization, which is issued only by email.
3) If the appliance meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we would gave you our shipping address to return, please ship the appliance back within 7 days, after receive our refund confirmation email (usually within 24-48 hours).
4) Please email us the tracking number after shipping back.
5) We’ll contact you back after we're receiving the appliance. Your refund will be processed in 3~7 business days.

4. Return shipping fee

* If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the courier company you choose.
* If the return is due to our reasons, such as damaged or incorrect goods received, the buyer is not required to bear the return shipping fee. No restocking fee will be charged for the return of the product.

5. Refunds

Alpicool offers a 30-day money back guarantee, and provide free returns for order with quality problems. Otherwise, customers need to pay the return shipping fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

There are certain situations where no refund are granted:
* Product man-made damaged which cannot reuse and re-sale.
* Product is incomplete or visually damaged.

Please note that refunds will be initiated after the return arrives at the warehouse and may take 3-7 business days to be processed. If you haven't received a refund after the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service for assistance.

6. Exchange

We only replace defective or damaged items (not man-made).
If you need to replace it with the same item, please send an email to support@alpicool.com.
